Meet Alek

Relentless for you

I didn't get into real estate because it seemed like a good career move. I got into it because I genuinely love people, I'm fascinated by architecture, and I have a servant's heart that needs somewhere to go. My mom planted the seed, and in 2018 I got licensed in Indiana — and I haven't looked back since. My career started where most do: working with buyers. First-time buyers, move-up buyers, downsizers — I loved every bit of it. But after a few years, I realized the best way to serve sellers was to truly understand what buyers are thinking. So I made the shift. I became a listing agent who could walk into a home and tell a seller exactly what buyers would notice, what would matter, and how to get their home market-ready in a way that actually moved the needle. Then I started geeking out over data — and I mean that sincerely. That curiosity led me to working with investors, which felt like a natural extension of everything I'd learned. Inventory shortages, affordable housing challenges, long-term wealth building — these are real problems, and I wanted to be part of real solutions. A few years ago, I made the move to Orlando. Fresh start, warmer weather, and no more Indiana winters. But more than that, it's a chance to expand what I'm building here. I was born with a rare condition called Madelung deformity — a genetic mutation traced back to my grandfather, a Vietnam War Marine who was exposed to Agent Orange. It affects the male line of our family and will for generations. Growing up, I never let it define what I could do. Sports were everything to me, and I competed with everything I had. When that chapter ended, the gym became my arena — and it taught me things no classroom ever could: delayed gratification, the compound effect, what it means to push through when progress is invisible. Most importantly, it gave me the ability to connect with people navigating life differently. People who are often overlooked. People who know what it means to adapt, to persist, and to find a way. That experience is the reason veterans and those who've served hold a special place in my heart. My grandfather's sacrifice is literally written into my DNA. Real estate, for me, is a vehicle. The destination is something bigger — a gym and community facility built specifically for people with physical adversities, the kind of place I wish had existed for me. What I once saw as a limitation has become my greatest source of purpose. At the core of everything I do is integrity. I spent over a decade in hospitality, where service isn't a strategy — it's a standard. I bring that same standard to every transaction. I negotiate hard for my customers, but I believe the best deals are the ones where everyone walks away feeling like they won. My fiduciary duty is non-negotiable, and so is my commitment to doing right by the people who trust me. Faith is the foundation beneath all of it. I'm an active member of Discovery Church here in Orlando, where I also serve as a leader in youth ministries. Pouring into the next generation is something I take just as seriously as anything else I do — because service doesn't stop when the workday ends. If you're buying, selling, or investing in the Orlando area — or anywhere in Indiana — I'd love to connect.
